#54 I Can't Think of a Clever Title

 What a week it was! 


It started off with and exchange with Elder Hiett and Elder Lafaele. Elder Hiett came out with me so it was fun to talk with him on our 1 year birthday.  This exchange was pretty crazy. Elder Lafaele is from Samoa and he's pretty crazy so it was a lot of fun 😁 He's also huge 💪💪 We did multiple moves and when we couldn't lift the boxes we just asked Elder Lafaele to take care of it and he got it done with ease. 

On Saturday we had a special MLC where Elder Schmitt from the seventy came. It was so cool to receive guidence from a general authority. The question he asked us was "how can people gain access to the full power of the Atonement of Jesus Christ?" He then went on to say that living the Gospel of Jesus Christ (faith in Him, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end) is what helps us feel the complete power of Christ. He then talked about how our whole purpose as missionaries is to help people live the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It was so cool and it motivated me to go out and invitie everyone to come unto Christ. He also told us that when all the general authorities came together, President Holland told everyone that they need to be praying more. So now matter how much you pray, I invite you to pray more! 🙏🙏🙏

I then went on an exchange with Elder Dale and Elder Fuller. I got to knock doors in an apartment I used to live in which was really fun. The air mattress that I had this exchange worked very well so I didn't have to sleep on the floor 🥳🥳🥳 It was some of the best sleep I've ever had.

I love being a missionary! God is so good and I love being able to tell people about Him. Have a great week and remember to pray more 🙏

#10 Transfers and Dia de la Familia

First I'll start with the transfer news. Both me and Elder Judd were sorta transferred. He is now a zone leader and he has one of our wards (Alexander) and a Spanish ward. I have our other ward (Painted Desert) and then Mountain Crest. My wards are in two different stakes which is weird for my mission. My new companion is Elder Hansen. This transfer should be pretty good. It's also different because it's only 5 weeks because of Thanksgiving so it'll be pretty fast. I'm sad that I'm leaving my papi Elder Judd but Elder Hansen will be a great companion. This past transfer had been hard to find lessons, but this week we had so many miracles. #5-Viva Las Vegas

 What's up everyone!? This past week has definitely been crazy! There's been a lot that was good and a lot that was hard, but I guess that's missionary work for you. If you didn't hear last week, my first companion is Elder Judd who I went to high school with. It's been really fun to talk about home with him. He thinks it's really crazy that when he tells his stories I actually know who he's talking about   My first area is in the Meadows stake which is northwest Las Vegas. We cover two wards in that stake. If you guys have never been to Las Vegas and you want to know what it's like, just imagine Idaho, but like 10-15 degrees hotter and where you see grass, instead picture rocks and dirt. Other than that it's not too different from what I know. But the drivers are a lot crazier which has made for some fun car rides. But I guess I have seen a bit of grass because one area is a little more wealthy so they can afford to care for grass. Also most of the ...
